The natural presentation on this dish would be as welcome on Instagram as it is in our table! A beautifully roasted leg of Australian lamb with simple North African spices is the star, surrounded by beets straight from the garden in an array of tasty forms – pureed, roasted and diced, pickled, charred, sliced, you name it. Root veg and roasted meats for the win!
