Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Lamb Rack

  • 300g Lamb Rack
  • 20g Dijon Mustard
  • 50g Pistachio
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Black pepper

Grill Baby Corn

  • 100g Baby corn
  • 25g Chipotle
  • 30g Mayonaise
  • 5g Nori

Vegetables

  • 50g Brussel
  • 5g Garlic
  • 5g Butter
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Pepper

Toum Sauce

  • 100g Sour cream
  • 5g Garlic powder
  • 2g Sumack powder

Directions

Lamb Rack

  1. 1

    Season lamb rack with salt & pepper and then pan seared.

    Marinated with mustard and pistachio, oven 175° – 25 minutes.

Grill Baby Corn

  1. 1

    Boiled baby corn half cooked, and than grilled until well.

  2. 2

    Mayonaise and chipotle mixed and brush to baby corn, sprinkle crushed nori.

Vegetables

  1. 1

    Blanched brussel half cooked.

  2. 2

    Sauted garlic butter and brussel and than seasoned.

Toum Sauce

  1. 1

    Sour cream & garlic powder mixed together.

  2. 2

    Sumack powder for topped.
