Grilled Lamb Chops with Marmalade Honey Nuts

About the Dish

Rich amber color, hazy appearance, spicy and apple aromas. The strong scent of quince and orange peel spreads in the mouth and gives freshness. A soft and refreshing taste with a hint of honey and a salty taste, followed by a dry finish and a bitter aftertaste. Easy to drink, smooth and fresh among orange wines. 100% Semillon from an 80-year-old tree.

Ingredients

  • 4 Lamb chops
  • 2tbsp Marmalade
  • 1/2 cup Mixed roasted nuts (salted)
  • 20g Butter
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • A pinch of Rosemary (dried)
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper: each as needed

Directions

    Season lamb chops with salt and pepper and grill on both sides for 10 minutes. Alternatively, grill it fragrantly in a frying pan or grill pan with olive oil.

    Put mixed nuts and butter in a heat-resistant plate and heat in the microwave for 1 minute without wrapping. When you take it out, add honey and rosemary while it’s hot.

    Place the baked lamb chops in a bowl, spread marmalade, and sprinkle plenty of nuts.
