Lamb Chops and Tomato Teriyaki

About the Dish

A well-balanced red wine with a spicy aroma and a rich, dry berry fruit flavor. A new kind of teriyaki with cherry tomatoes, mustard, dashi soy sauce, and honey for a sweet and salty finish. Wine also becomes part of the cuisine, and you can enjoy a sense of unity of taste. Use lamb chops for a stylish and impactful dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 Lamb chops
  • 10 Mini tomatoes
  • 1tbsp Red wine
  • 1tbsp Grain mustard
  • 1tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2tbsp Dashi soy sauce
  • 1/2tbsp Honey
  • Salt, black pepper, olive oil: as needed

Directions

    Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, and lightly brown both sides in a frying pan with olive oil.

    Add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry briefly, then add all the remaining ingredients, cover and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.

    Open the lid and let the broth boil down over medium heat.
