Lamb Shabu Pho

I want to eat meat and vegetables (staple food) in one cup! But I’m tired and it’s early tomorrow, so when I feel like something too heavy…

Ingredients

  • 150g Lamb meat cut off
  • 2 servings of Four
  • 1 pack Bean sprouts
  • 1 Green onion
  • 2 Dried shiitake mushrooms (rehydrate in 200cc of water)
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 2 stalks Coriander
  • 1/2 Hawk claw
  • 600cc Chicken stock soup
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Nampula (for meat)
  • 2tbsp Nampula (for soup)
  • Black shichimi: as you like

Directions

    Soak the pho and dried shiitake mushrooms in water.

    Heat the chicken stock and shiitake mushroom reconstituted juice in a pot, and shabu-shabu the lamb.

    Season the lamb with chopped ginger and 1/2 long onion, and Nampula.

    Add 1/2 finely chopped green onion, sliced shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, and hawk’s claws to the soup, and season with salt and fish sauce.

    Boil the pho.

    Place pho and soup in a bowl and decorate with lamb and cilantro.
