Food and Marriage Points
A stimulating summer feast with lamb loin and crispy salsa. The green chili pepper determines the spiciness, so adjust the amount according to your taste. The sharp and refreshing stimulation of the salsa blows away the heat and brings out the flavor of the lamb. The rosé, which is rich in fruit, thick, and rich in minerals, takes on the spiciness of the sauce and plays an infinite loop.
