About the Dish

Today was another busy day… I want to eat rice and meat (including vegetables)! This is when it’s like that. In French they call it “escabeche”.

Ingredients

  • 200g Lamb cut for grilled meat
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/3 Carrot
  • 1/2 stick of Celery
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • 1 bundle of Chives
  • Salt, cumin powder, wheat flour: appropriate amount
  • 怈A怉
  • 3tbsp White soup stock
  • 2tbsp Water
  • 1tbsp Vinegar
  • 2tsp Soy sauce
  • 2tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Cut the onions, carrots, celery and ginger into strips.

  2. 2

Stir-fry the vegetables in 1., add and turn off the heat.

  3. 3

Season the lamb with salt and cumin, and lightly sprinkle with flour (not listed).

  4. 4

Fry the lamb in a frying pan until it is fragrant.

  5. 5

Boil the leek quickly and cut it into 5cm pieces.

  6. 6

Arrange chives, lamb, and vegetables in that order.
