Lamb Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 150g Onion chopped
  • 500g Ground lamb
  • 115g Brown sugar
  • 90g Mustard dijon
  • 1g Bay leaf
  • 15g Thyme
  • 180ml Vinegar
  • 3g Cumin powder
  • 3g Coriander powder

Directions

  1. 1

    Heat up the oil add onion sauté till soften

  2. 2

    Add ground lamb cook it

  3. 3

    Add sugar bay leaf and thyme

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and mustard dijon

  5. 5

    Keep cooking it for 30 min on a meduim heat
