French Beans with Lamb Mince

Ingredients

Main

  • 300g French/green beans
  • 250g of minced lamb
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 red chilies, sliced at an angle
  • 2tsp oyster sauce
  • 1tsp stock powder
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp pepper
  • ½tsp salt
  • 50ml of water

Directions

  1. 1

    Parboil green beans, then remove and set aside.​

  2. 2

    Sauté all the spices until wilted and fragrant, add the minced lamb, stir until it changes colour.

  3. 3

    Add all the remaining ingredients, stir until cooked and fragrant.

  4. 4

    Stir in green beans, stir briefly and then serve.
