Chef's Notes

Aussie lamb ribs get the Korean treatment, with gochujiang sauce, and modern takes on traditional accompaniments or “banchans.” That’s sesame spinach, pickled shaved daikon, white kimchee and a dollop of gochujiang BBQ sauce for dipping. Yes please!
