Chef's Notes

We love the mix of sophistication and approachability here; crispy latkes (made with parsnip for a fun twist) and housemade pickled baby beets and other veg. The lamb sirloin is the star, charred on the grill and brushed with a citrus honey. Herbaceous kick comes from a carrot-top zhoug, showing a waste-not-want-not sensibility.
