Cooking and playing and experimenting with food have always been an important part of my life, before beginning to work in professional kitchens when I was 18 and since, spending time working under some of Canada’s best Chefs.
Cooking for people is a passion
I have always worked to gain a better understanding of food, how it plays into everyday life and how to get the most out of it. Simple flavours that really celebrate the ingredient is a big influence on how I cook and think about food. Cooking for people is a passion that brings the most joy and consistently has me looking for new ways to use ingredients. After years of working in a variety of settings from Corporate to fine dining in some of Toronto’s best kitchens, I’m working towards opening Mollie’s Kitchen in 2023, which will focus on simple food that celebrates the ingredients.
