Ingredients

  • 300g Grilled Lamb Shoulder
  • Brown - Japan style mango chutney
  • Red - Korean style gochujang
  • Green - Malaysia chimichurri
  • Yellow - UAE saffron
  • White - Afghanistan yoghurt

Directions

  1. 1

    Marinade the lamb shoulder with traditional Korean soy sauce.

  2. 2

    Roast the marinated lamb and vegetables on the grill.

  3. 3

    Transfer into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 10 mins on medium heat.
