Ingredients

  • 900g Lamb loin
  • 10g Salt
  • 50g Black pepper
  • 45g Olive oil
  • 70g Butter
  • 10g Thyme

Directions

    Season the meat with salt black pepper and oil

    Sear it in heated pan

  3. 3

    Add butter and thyme and bast it
