Chef Godsoe has been leading the culinary teams with the e18hteen hospitality group since 2016, overseeing the operations at E18hteen, Social, Sidedoor. The Clarendon, as well as future expansions set for 2023. His restaurants range from 4 diamond fine dining with E18hteen to approachable upscale gastro pub fair at The Clarendon.
In 2019, Chef Godsoe founded DG Cuisine, a personal brand offering hospitality consulting, private events, brand ambassadorship, and more.

He has always had a love of Aussie lamb, utilizing it exclusively in all his restaurants for its mild flavour and tenderness. He looks forward to bringing his expertise and knowledge of whole animal butchery to the livestock Australia program. His refined cooking style and protein focused menus make lamb the star.
