Chef Lee’s hospitality career has spanned three decades and his work has been recognized in his many roles around the globe. With a keen focus on food history and regional authenticity, Chef Lee regularly draws inspiration from the diversity and vibrancy of Toronto’s multicultural communities as well as his own Korean Heritage.

Chef Lee currently holds a role as culinary innovation and training manager. His role allows him to develop recipes, procedures and culinary concepts for the Asian Banners for MTY Group. With a passion for food and social justice, Chef Lee continues to advocate for the needs of all people in gaining access to nutritious and delicious meals.
