- 300g Grilled Lamb Shoulder
- Brown - Japan style mango chutney
- Red - Korean style gochujang
- Green - Malaysia chimichurri
- Yellow - UAE saffron
- White - Afghanistan yoghurt
Marinade the lamb shoulder with traditional Korean soy sauce.
Roast the marinated lamb and vegetables on the grill.
Transfer into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 10 mins on medium heat.
