Taking advantage of her eldest son’s allergies, Junko Miyagawa devotes herself to homemade cooking at home. Cooking classes were held spontaneously as an extension of neighborhood exchanges.
After that, she felt the need for specialised knowledge to “teach”, participated in various food-related seminars, and acquired various qualifications. While participating in the seminar, Junko Miyagawa was appalled by the shocking facts about food safety, and became keenly aware of the importance of home-cooking to protect the health of her family. Established an association to spread food that is safe and secure and protects health.
Currently, in addition to serving as a lecturer at various seminars related to “taste, taste, and deliciousness” such as public lectures and culture centers, she is also involved in writing text for qualification examination courses, product development, and regional revitalisation through food.
