Kazuhiro Kikuchi
Head of Yoro Association. Representative Director of Baso Research Institute Co., Ltd. Representative Director of Rairai Prefecture General Incorporated Association
Founder and chairman (representative) of the Sheep Roasting Association, a mutton consumer group.
In order to create an environment where amateurs can enjoy delicious mutton dishes, we hold monthly events, mutton festivals, mutton rakugo, mutton joint parties, and other events to spread mutton from a different angle. The monthly event has sold out for two years in a row. Tickets for the 100-seats sold out in 3 hours, and the association has members with a strong love for rum.
There are 1,700 members, mainly in Tokyo (as of August 2018). Dozens of people are joining each month. A major feature is that it is organized with 15 executives. In addition to its headquarters in Tokyo, it has a Kansai branch in Kobe and a North Tohoku branch in Hachinohe.
Kazuhiro Kikuchi also supervised Japan’s first lamb restaurant book “Tokyo Lamb Story”, and has a wide range of activities.
