When you think of lamb and curry, you tend to think of spice curry, but with a little ingenuity, you can transform your home curry into a delicious “lamb curry”! The aroma and fragrance of the curry powder stir-fried over low heat is the best match for lamb meat. The sweetness of honey and butter is added to this curry that the whole family can enjoy.
- 220g Lamb thigh
- 500g Water
- 200g Onion
- 200g Potatoes
- 200g Carrots
- 5g Dark soy sauce
- 2g Curry powder
- 100g curry roux (commercially available)
- 8g Honey
- 5g Butter
Stir-fry the onion and lamb meat.
Add potatoes, carrots and water, cover and simmer until the ingredients are soft.
Fry curry powder, honey, curry roux, and butter in a frying pan over extremely low heat until fragrant.
Put all the ingredients in the pot and it’s done.
