Great lamb chops. I’m wondering what to eat with it. This time it’s a little bit different to match with lamb! ? We propose Japanese spices. Aussie lamb, with its sweet and delicious fat content, goes especially well with light Japanese spices.
Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- Appropriate amounts of each: Kanzuri, shio-koji mountain wasabi, yuzu pepper, salt, black pepper

Sprinkle both sides of the lamb chops with salt and pepper and grill on the double-sided grill for about 10 minutes.

Once baked, add yuzu pepper, kanzuri, and shio-koji mountain wasabi.
