About the Dish
The sweet nuances of vanilla and chocolate are blended into the sweet fruit flavour of boiled down berries. You can enjoy the paprika falci, which is packed with the flavour of lamb, and the deliciousness of unity.
- 250g Lamb (for yakiniku)
- 3 Capsicum (large):
- 1 Onion:
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- A little Nutmeg
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, flour: each as needed
Cut the lamb into thin strips with a kitchen knife, then roughly chop with a food processor or knife. Chop the onion and garlic.
Cut off about 1cm from the top of the capsicum horizontally, take out the cotton, and lightly dust the inside with flour.
Add 1, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, nutmeg, salt and pepper to a bowl, and mix well until the whole is sticky.
Fill 3 into 2, apply a thin layer of olive oil to the surface, and bake in an oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
