Soft and delicious! An exquisite ginger sauté that is a bit different than usual.
Ingredients
- 300g Aussie lamb (sliced)
- 1 Piece ginger
- 1tbsp Oil
- 4 Lettuce
- 1 Cucumber
- 100g Radish
- 1/2 Carrot
- [A]
- 3tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sake
- 1tbsp mirin
- 2tbsp sugar

Peel and grate ginger.

Cut lettuce, cucumber, radish and carrot into thin strips. Rinse with cold water to crisp.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the lamb one by one and bake both sides.

Add [A] and mix the seasoning with the lamb.

Add grated ginger and turn off the heat.

Arrange the vegetables from 2 on a plate. Top with roasted lamb.
