About the Dish
Roasted Aussie lamb leg with a spicy finish and dynamically grilled. You can eat it wildly, or you can arrange it stylishly on a plate. How you finish it is up to you!
Ingredients
- 1 Lamb leg
- 50g Black pepper
- 50g Aozan pepper
- 50g Pink pepper
- 30g Thyme
- 1 Head of garlic
- 30g Tangerine peel
- 1.8% Salt per kg
- 50g Straw

Marinate the lamb leg with 1.5% salt and 3 kinds of pepper, thyme, garlic and tangerine peel for half a day to a day.

Roast the lamb leg in an oven at 70°C with straw for 5-6 hours.

Bake the roasted lamb leg in the oven at 240°C for 4 minutes, then cut and serve.
