About the Dish
Lamb chops that are exotically flavoured with several spices are paired with a wine with a spicy aroma. A red with just the right amount of acid is well-balanced.
- 3 Lamb chops
- 1/2tbsp garlic (grated)
- 1/2tsp garam masala
- Olive oil, salt, black pepper as needed
- Cumin, coriander, fennel as appropriate
Sprinkle the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and garam masala, thinly spread the garlic, drizzle with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Place cumin, coriander, and fennel on one side of the lamb chops, drizzle with olive oil, and bake on a double-sided grill or oven toaster for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
