A familiar face in the local Korea cooking scene, Chef Hee Eun is no stranger to culinary challenges, being a double Medalist in the 2011 Korea cooking competition as well as SPC group culinary academy director.

After graduating from SeJong University, she hone her skills running Soul for Korean contemporary fine dining and Raw Pasta Specialty Restaurant – Egg and Flour which was featured in Michelin Guide consecutively for 3 years.
Chef Hee Eun’s style of cooking is entwined with Italian and Modern Korean fusion and she enjoys sharing her knowledge through cooking classes, brand catering and food Styling education in her cooking studio.
