Ali Ghzawi
Chef Ali Ghzawi is a renowned Jordanian Chef and winner of “Top Chef Middle East 2019” who discovered his passion for the art of food at the age of 17, after completing his education in Global Hospitality at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
His cooking journey and skills has since developed into a full career and Ali subsequently became one of the region’s most famous chefs for his age. For his influential characteristics, he was nominated in Forbes 30 under 30 in the Middle East.

Chef Ali describes his culinary sense as “an authentic and simple yet sophisticated style“; using the most basic ingredients to create high-end dishes.
Beside having his own restaurants, Ali also travels around the world representing his country, Jordan, in many culinary and philanthropy events. His live cooking shows are broadcasted on TVs across the region as he shares his love for cooking. One of his core passions is in Alee Culinary Center; a multi-concept F&B establishment that strives to uphold sustainability notion, empower women as well as youths.

Alee Culinary Center serves a few purposes: One as a Creative Center that holds cooking demos and being a place to teach the community about culinary arts. The other is offering unique dining concepts such as the cosy TOP lounge with scenic views or Jnaineh where guests can enjoy food reflecting Middle Eastern culture in a lush garden setting.
