- 1Kg Australian Lamb leg, cut into small cubes 8-10g/pc
- 5g Turmeric powder
- 5g Cumin powder
- 5g Fennel powder
- 5g Coriander powder
- 1g Chilli powder
- 100g Lemongrass juice
- 8g Salt
- 100g Sugar
- 50 pcs Bamboo skewer, Soaked in water for 1 hour
Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand for 5 minutes.
Marinate it for at least 6 hours.
Pierce the marinated lamb on to the skewer.
BBQ with either charcoal Stove /oven/gas stove until the satay turns golden brown with some char marks.
Ready to serve with cut cucumber and onion.
