Ingredients

- 450g of lamb, small dice
- 1000g of cooked white rice
GROUND SPICES (BLENDED INTO A PASTE)
- ¼tsp ground cumin
- 2cm turmeric root
- 1.5cm ginger root
- 8 spring onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3pcs cardamom
- 4 cloves
OTHER INGREDIENTS & SEASONING
- 2tbsp cooking oil
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1tsp chili powder
- ½tsp ground coriander
- 1tsp pepper
- 300ml of water
- 2tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 2tsp salt
- ½tbsp palm sugar
- 1tsp of stock powder

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil then sauté spice paste, cinnamon, curry powder and all spices until fragrant and cooked.

Add the lamb pieces, stir well until the lamb changes colour, add water, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and stock powder, stir until the lamb is cooked

Turn off the stove then add the rice, stir until the spices are well blended, turn on the stove again, stir the fried rice until it’s dry and hot, remove from heat. Serve with pickled carrot and cucumber, prawn crackers and crispy fried shallots.
