Ingredients
MAIN
- 500g of lamb
- 1tsp pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 700ml of water
- 1 batch of egg noodles
- 3tbsp of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 2tbsp of sambal (chilli jam)
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 3 pieces of cabbage, sliced
- 2 bunches of bok choy
- 2tsp salt
- 2tsp sugar
GROUND SPICES (TO GROUND INTO A PASTE)
- 6 spring onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- ½tsp dried shrimp

Boil lamb with garlic, pepper, and salt until tender, remove from heat and drain.

Sauté spice paste until fragrant, then add the meat and broth, cook until boiling, add the kecap manis and other ingredients, stir well then add the egg – cook to soft-boiled.

Add noodles and cook until done, add cabbage and bok choy, stir briefly, remove from heat and serve.
