He is currently the Director of F&B / Glorified Chef from Nordstrom Restaurant Group. His creative food journey has taken him all over the globe guiding scratch kitchens in hotels, airlines, Michelin star restaurants, catering and consulting. His focus is grounded around the intelligent design of recipes, orchestrating holistic menus, and engineering craveable food experiences that can be replicated in kitchens and at home for the planet, but believes the real power lies in creating a culture of experts, using knowledge-based training, to inspire employees and home cooks everywhere.
