Laura attended cooking school in Mexico City, The Culinary Institute of America, and Basque Culinary Center. Worked at prestigious restaurants like Café Boulud, Mugaritz, Eleven Madison Park, Del Posto, and Saison team while working in a pop-up business Istanbul Modern. In 2019 she and her husband Sayat opened Noosh. In 2020 they worked together consulting for restaurants and teaching classes at The CIA. Now she is focusing on developing a new concept: Dalida, in the Presidio of San Francisco.
