After the prestigious Hotel School of Paris, ODSM went to work for 3 Stars Michelin restaurants for 7 years.
ODSM came to the USA to open Le Bernardin as Chef de Cuisine. In 1989 he was the executive chef at the famed Hotel Atop the Bellevue in Philadelphia. Since then, he was acclaimed as best French restaurant in town, best new restaurant in F&W and Esquire Magazines. He owned 3 restaurants, sold 2 before the pandemic. He celebrated the 20 years of Caribou Café. He won the TV Show “Chopped” in 2011.
