Two Malaysian Lambassadors, Chef Eric Siew and Chef Steven Wong made the workshop very interesting with very simple and unique idea of making a lamb pie in an open tart concept using quality and halal Australian lamb leg portion to cook a flavourful mince.
The media participants found the workshop engaging and interesting with the Australian High Commissioner, H.E. Dr Justin Lee and Australian Agriculture Counsellor, Sanjay Boothalingam joining them in the hands-on session making their very own lamb pies. The participants also learnt pertinent Australian lamb information from Dr Justin Lee and MLA Malaysia Representative, Rose Yong in the workshop.
