Ingredients
- 3 Lamb chops
- 10 Mini tomatoes
- 1tbsp Red wine
- 1tbsp Grain mustard
- 1tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2tbsp Dashi soy sauce
- 1/2tbsp Honey
- Salt, black pepper, olive oil: as needed

Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, and lightly brown both sides in a frying pan with olive oil.

Add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry briefly, then add all the remaining ingredients, cover and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.

Open the lid and let the broth boil down over medium heat.
