About the Dish
Introducing “sake lees soup” for adults with sake lees. The richness and sweetness of the sake lees and the tenderness of the white miso are perfect with lamb. Other than sake lees, you can make it with ingredients that you can find at home, and it’s very easy to make! Please try.
Ingredients
- 200g Lamb shoulder
- 300g Radish (with skin)
- 200g Carrot (with skin)
- 800g Water
- 10g Powdered bonito stock
- 150g Sake lees
- 50g White miso
- 15g Light soy sauce
- 50g Mirin
- 30g Sake

Cut the carrots and radishes into strips, and cut the lamb into bite-size pieces.

Place all the ingredients except sake in a pot, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium-low heat (about 20 minutes) until everything is well and soft.
