GLAD hotel executive chef
After completing his master’s at Yonsei University, his journey started at Shinsegae Group Chosun Hotel in 2002 where he was involved in various culinary set-up from Cafes, Buffets and Banquets’ food ingredients experimental development. He was also part of the Presidential Blue House catering team.
Now appointed as head chef of GLAD HOTEL – Daelim Group, Chef Chris grew in his capacity and share his knowledge developing over 20 different products including 9 “Chef Signature Edition” products using the Australian lamb.
Chris is passionate about contributing back to society by sharing his knowledge through publishing columns, and lecturing projects such as those at Kyungmin University and Yeonsung University linked to the Ministry of Education in Korea.
