Haruto Sekizawa
Trained at the renowned Genghis Khan restaurant Sapporo “Shirokuma Sapporo”, and was appointed manager of the Shimbashi branch in 2015.
Haruto pursues sheep every day like a sheepdog.
Born in April 1982. He pursues sheep every day like a sheepdog. He drove 3,000km to visit various sheep farms in Japan, and also visited Australian farms, in 2016, before opening his own Genghis Khan restaurant ‘Hitsuji Sunrise’ in Azabu-juban, which offers a variety of domestic and Australian lamb meat.
In order to realise the origin of the restaurant’s name “Dawn of the sheep”, it has been in contact with many sheep meat producers in Japan and abroad, and offers its customers ‘adventures in lamb and mutton’.
