After returning to Japan, he worked at several restaurants before becoming the sous chef at Park Hyatt Tokyo.
After that, he served as head chef at Blue Note Tokyo Group, Marunouchi “Cotton Club”, and Omotesando “Two Rooms Grill and Bar”.
In March 2012, the brasserie “ADENIA” opened in Hachiyama-cho, Shibuya.
In December 2014, “DECARY” opened in Kameido, Koto-ku.
