Sid Choi (Gwang Ho Choi)
Hailing the champion of Season 3 of MasterChef Korea (2014), Chef Sid is the owner of a cooking studio “Sid Choi the Class” where he does various menu consulting and cooking classes as he shares his love for cooking.
Promoting Korean food both domestically and globally
From past experience of culinary school in Sydney, Chef Sid experimented with an extensive array of ingredients as well as cuisines styles where he hone his skills and knowledge. Since then, he has partnered with MLA on various events to promote Korean food both domestically and globally.
