With passion and enthusiasm, and always believing in his mother’s taste, which is the origin of cooking, not only at the hotel, but also as a luxe dining chef (traveling chef), providing high-quality French cuisine at the customer’s home. Actively participates in dietary education seminars and lectures. Also focuses on nurturing young chefs, and currently serves as a member of the National Examination Committee of the All Japan Chefs Association, a public interest incorporated association certified by the Cabinet Office. In 2012, he was appointed as Tochigi Prefecture’s Future Ambassador for Food Goodwill.
In 2014, he was the first person in Saitama Prefecture to receive the Saitama Master Craftsman award from the Western culinary world. His motto is “Food is fun, but with the best spices that are the origin and feelings.”
