Ingredients
- 1kg Australian lamb leg, cut into pieces
- 1l Water
- 1 inch Ginger, crushed
- 1 Soup Leaf
- 2 Cinnamon
- 2 Star Anise
- 2 Cloves
- 1tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 3 Garlic, grind to fine paste
- 3 Onions, grind to fine paste
- 1 Onions, sliced
- 3 Ginger, grind to fine paste
- 2tbsp Soup seasoning
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1 Tomato

Fill the pot with water and bring to boil.

Add in the crushed ginger, star anise, cinnamon and cloves. Cover the pot.

Add in celery and tomato to the pot.

Add in the soup seasoning and salt & pepper.

Meanwhile, heat the frying pan and fry the grind paste till fragrant.

Then, add the ingredients into the pot.

Add in diced Onions and cover the pot.
