Hattem Mattar

Being the world’s first Arab pitmaster, Chef Hattem Mattar is renowned for The Mattar Farm in Dubai. It is a third culture smokehouse showcasing a fusion of cooking inspired from Egypt, Syrian, Sudan with an American twist.

Hattem brings many of his skilled creations to the table such as smoked brisket, underground lamb and whole smoked camel. Aside from representing the Arab world at the world’s largest BBQ festival in Brazil, his menus have been featured on CNN as he shares his love of cooking with others.
