- 30g Mayonaise

- 50g Brussel
- 5g Garlic
- 5g Butter

Toum Sauce
- 100g Sour cream
- 5g Garlic powder
- 2g Sumack powder
Directions
Lamb Rack

Season lamb rack with salt & pepper and then pan seared.

Marinated with mustard and pistachio, oven 175° – 25 minutes.
Grill Baby Corn

Boiled baby corn half cooked, and than grilled until well.

Mayonaise and chipotle mixed and brush to baby corn, sprinkle crushed nori.
