- 300g French/green beans
- 250g of minced lamb
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 red onions, finely chopped
- 2 red chilies, sliced at an angle
- 2tsp oyster sauce
- 1tsp stock powder
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp pepper
- ½tsp salt
- 50ml of water

Parboil green beans, then remove and set aside.

Sauté all the spices until wilted and fragrant, add the minced lamb, stir until it changes colour.

Add all the remaining ingredients, stir until cooked and fragrant.

Stir in green beans, stir briefly and then serve.
