Ingredients
- 1 pc rack of lamb (cut into chops)
Marinate
- 1 pc sliced onion
- 2 cloves shaven garlic
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1tsp yogurt
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix all ingredients of the marinate
Add to lamb chops and mix well
Marinate over night
on a charcoal grill, lit charcoal half hour before grilling
On hot coal, grill chops to medium
Serve with charred tomatoes, taftoon bread, garden herbs, and cucumber mint yogurt dip
