About the Dish
A little extravagant for the weekend. All you have to do is put the ingredients in the rice cooker and wait.
Ingredients
- 200g Lamb thigh for steak
- 1.5 go Rice
- 200cc Water
- 2 Medium tomatos
- 3tbsp Fried onions
- 1tbsp Nampula
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Laurier
A: Marinade
- 1tbsp Grated ginger
- 1tsp Grated garlic
- 2tbsp Plain yogurt
- 2tsp Curry powder
- 1tsp Salt
B: Yogurt sauce
- 4tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 piece Cucumber (5mm square)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2tsp Lemon juice
- 8-10 pieces Chopped mint
- A little black pepper
For finishing
- 2 slices of Lemon
- 1/4 Red onion
- 12 Mint leaves

Put the lamb meat together with *A* in a plastic bag and marinate. (Preferably the day before!)

Rinse the rice, add water, marinated lamb (including all sauces), tomatoes cut into 1 cm pieces, onions, fish sauce, cinnamon, and bay leaves and cook.

Mix *B* to make yogurt sauce.

When the rice is cooked, put it in a bowl and decorate with sliced lemon, red onion and mint.
