Leading one of Singapore’s most iconic dining destinations, Monti at 1-Pavilion, and taking an additional role as the newly appointed Group Executive Sous Chef of 1-Group, Chef Felix leads the award-winning kitchen team to orchestrate unforgettable dining experiences.
